About Us || The Story of Sidecar
I opened Sidecar Printing in 2015, after fielding an increasing number of requests for branded apparel from my graphic design clients and not finding a lot of good options from outside vendors. Out of that need also came a rekindled passion for the handwork I had lost by using a computer every day to create in graphic design.
Each print that is pulled at Sidecar, each screen that is cleaned and created, each shirt that is dried, folded and packaged to ship, are all done here, by me.
Some days are crazy, some days are messy, sometimes it’s a short run and sometimes there are hundreds of shirts in an order – but always, it is done with love and care from my own two hands.
Whether you are shopping for yourself or looking for a gift, whether you need a small batch of branded apparel or a large run of 600 (yes, my forearms hurt after printing that many shirts but the same care goes into printing one as it does printing 600), if you love handmade products and you want to support a small local business, please contact me. I’d love to hear from you.
Sincerely,
John Lunt
